Warren Kampf has thirty years of litigation experience, and more than twenty years of local and state government experience. Before joining the firm, Warren served as partner in a large law firm in Southeastern Pennsylvania, representing companies and individuals in various commercial and casualty matters. He has handled a wide variety of litigation matters during his career, conducted dozens of jury trials, hundreds of bench trials, and many appellate arguments, mediations and arbitrations. He also has significant state and local government experience, having served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for eight years, a township supervisor for eight years and as chief lobbyist for Pennsylvania’s largest healthcare trade association. In those roles he advocated before agency heads, the governor and cabinet, and numerous legislative committees and agency regulators. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and also the federal courts of the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.
