Thomas F. Oeste is a partner in the firm’s Governmental practice group and has represented local governments for over 35 years in all aspects of municipal law, including subdivision and land development, borrowing, personnel matters, ordinance drafting, land acquisition and construction projects. Tom currently serves as solicitor for several townships, planning commissions, zoning hearing boards and a municipal authority, and has represented several public school districts in the past. Tom’s career has included positions as general counsel for two land development companies and his practice also includes representation of private clients in real estate and land development matters.
