It is with great sadness that the firm announces the death of C. Barry Buckley, Esquire.  Barry passed away at his residence in Chestertown, Maryland on Sunday, April 16, 2023. He was a founding member of Buckley Brion McGuire & Morris LLP with our former partner, The Honorable Ronald C. Nagle.  With his keen intelligence and friendly professional manner, Barry was a respected practitioner in family and business law.  His business acumen was unparalleled, as was his ability to resolve complex and volatile issues in divorce proceedings and settlements.  He was a member of the Chester County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association for more than fifty (50) years, serving as the Chester County Bar Association’s Treasurer for more than a decade and as its President in 1981.
